1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Cinegach Studios LLC ("we," "us," "our"), a Maryland limited liability company that operates 2084.now (the "Site") and sells The AI Revolution Survival Guideand related digital materials (collectively, the "Product").

By creating an account, completing a purchase, or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or buy the Product.

2. What you get

When you complete a purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Product for your own personal, non-commercial use. The Product is hosted on this Site and accessed through your account.

You may read, listen to, and reference the Product. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, publicly perform, or share access credentials with others. The Product, including all text, audio, illustrations, design, and code, is owned by Cinegach Studios LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

3. Pricing and payment

The Product is offered for a one-time purchase price displayed at checkout. All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise noted. Payment is processed by Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method.

Sales tax, VAT, or other transaction taxes may be added at checkout based on your billing location and applicable law. You are responsible for any taxes not collected at checkout.

4. Refund policy

All sales are final. Because the Product is a digital good delivered immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once your purchase is complete and access has been granted.

At checkout you will be asked to expressly acknowledge that you are receiving a digital good available for immediate access, and that you waive any applicable statutory right of withdrawal (including the EU 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU) by requesting immediate delivery. You must check the acknowledgment box to complete your purchase.

If your purchase did not deliver successfully, or if you believe you were charged in error, contact support@2084.now within 14 days and we will investigate. Failed-delivery cases are resolved by re-granting access or, if access cannot be restored, by issuing a refund at our discretion.

5. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs through your account. We use email magic-link login. Treat your email inbox as you would a password manager. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support@2084.now immediately.

You may not share your account credentials, allow others to access the Product through your account, or operate multiple accounts to circumvent purchase limits.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reproduce, redistribute, repackage, or resell the Product or any portion of it.
• Use the Product or its contents to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any machine learning model without our prior written consent.
• Attempt to bypass paywalls, access controls, or other security measures.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the Product's source files, audio files, or media assets beyond ordinary reading and listening.
• Use the Site or Product to harass, defraud, or harm others, or for any illegal purpose.

Violation of any of the above is grounds for immediate termination of your access without refund.

7. AI disclosure

The Product was created with the assistance of AI tools. The author directs, edits, and is responsible for the Product's contents. The Product itself discusses AI extensively. Nothing in the Product constitutes professional advice, including but not limited to financial, legal, medical, or employment advice. Use the Product as one input among many for your own decision-making.

8. No professional advice

The Product offers commentary, frameworks, and opinions on AI's effect on the workforce. It is not a substitute for advice from a licensed professional. We make no guarantee that following any suggestion in the Product will result in employment, income, security, or any specific outcome. Decisions you make based on the Product are your own.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE PRODUCT AND THE SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OF CONTENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE PRODUCT WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Cinegach Studios LLC harmless from any claim, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Product, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time by emailing support@2084.now. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Product will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You and Cinegach Studios LLC each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action. The arbitration will be held in Maryland or remotely. Each party bears its own costs except as otherwise required by the AAA rules.

The arbitration agreement and class-action waiver above do not apply to consumers in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or any other jurisdiction where such waivers are unenforceable. If you are a consumer in one of those jurisdictions, you retain access to your local consumer-protection forums and courts.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. If a change materially affects your rights, we will email account holders before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the complete agreement between you and Cinegach Studios LLC regarding the Site and Product. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a sale, merger, or reorganization of the business.

16. SMS terms

By providing your mobile phone number, you agree to receive recurring marketing and informational SMS messages from 2084.now. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After replying STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and no further marketing SMS will be sent. Reply HELP for assistance.

Supported carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and other major carriers in the United States. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
